Tips:  
- Calculate how many gm protein your body needs every day (See Whey Protein). i.e. body weight 50kg, RDA of protein 0.75g/kg, I need 38gm protein per day.
- 1 scoop of Whey Supreme powder (30gm) contains 21gm protein. I need take  Whey Supreme 54gm (contaions protein 38gm) per day.
- I would dividing daily dose into 2 times serving. So in the morning,  I take 27gm powder, add half cup of cold water, stir for 1 minutes let it mixed thoroughly. Then dilute it with another half cup warm water (In Morning, I like to drink it slightly warm, but do not use hot boiling water). Do the same in the afternoon when I back to home from work.
I getting used to the original chocolate and vanilla flavor and really enjoyed it. The others like to dilute it with cold skimmed milk or fruit juice, in Summer it's quite nice.

1) How is Whey Supreme Taken?

It can be ingested in many different ways. Most commonly, it is mixed with either water or skim milk for delicious nutritious beverage. Fruit, honey, yogurt or other foods can be added to make a thicker full bodied nutrition drink, if desired. It can be taken numerous times a day, but it is most beneficial if taken 30 to 45 minutes before the workout and again one hour after the completion of workout.
